A house in need of an aesthetical and functional update. Circulation around the property from inside to out needed to be connected. Important destinations such as the front door from the driveway were evaluated and reconfigured to create a safe, sensible entry into the front of the house. In back a natural stone patio and Ipe deck with cable railings were designed and installed at two separate entry points to entertain, relax and serve as a transition area between indoor and outdoor spaces.
