HOW WE WORK
Initial Meeting:
Nawada Landscape Design, Inc. works directly with you to identify and incorporate your vision and objectives to produce a creative, comprehensive and cost-effective solution for the installation of your outdoor living area. Lifestyle requirements and budget considerations are also discussed during the planning process. Open communication is an integral part of the process and we welcome input from everyone involved throughout the project.
Site Analysis:
All projects begin with a site survey to review the existing site conditions including property lines, topography, drainage patterns, prominent natural features, sun/shadow patterns and plantings. Architectural style, color palette and building materials are also reviewed as an influential role in the design process. Last, it is important to gather a detailed list of information about your property that can dictate the scope of your design.
Design Process:
A conceptual design plan is created to develop the overall scope of the project and explore different perspectives of how your property can be utilized. Once the conceptual plan is approved, a realistic budget of materials and labor can be established. The completed plan will include specifications of materials including hardscape, lighting, irrigation, sod, fences, new structures and plant material.
Implementation & Project Supervision:
A detailed proposal for the implementation of your project is developed based on the final design called the Master Plan. Master Plans may be completed in their entirety or planned phases. We coordinate and project manage all aspects of the of the installation process to ensure the most successful translation of your design. Project supervision is an integral part of the installation insuring quality control of materials and labor, managing the sequence of events, addressing unforeseen changes and maintaining the budget.
